Fix bug of hawkBit dashboard regarding screen refresh

hawkbit-update-server container from Docker Hub might have a problem regarding refreshing screen of dashboard.

Description

Fix screen refresh bug of hawkBit dashboard.

Goal

Make sure if the latest version of hawkbit-update-server container has the problem
Make sure if the upstream of hawkBit has the same problem
Fix the problem
Test the fix
