Send cip-core images to the storage.kernelci.org

For KernelCI to use cip-core, KernelCI need to have the images on a file server with cip-core tarball images and some standard filename.
For example cip_qemu_.tar.gz
currently, only sending cip_qemu image is enough as KernelCI will already create the dtb images.
