Build fail with latest environment

Hi,

The build fails with the latest (3dd8ec67).

| ERROR: Execution of '/work/build/tmp/work/cip-core-buster-amd64/isar-bootstrap-target/1.0-r0/temp/run.do_bootstrap.70' failed with exit code 127:
| /work/build/tmp/work/cip-core-buster-amd64/isar-bootstrap-target/1.0-r0/temp/run.do_bootstrap.70: 47: /work/build/tmp/work/cip-core-buster-amd64/isar-bootstrap-target/1.0-r0/temp/run.do_bootstrap.70: sudo: not found
| WARNING: exit code 127 from a shell command.

Looking at the logs, it seems that the docker container is missing sudo packages.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
