send redirection message to stderr

David Marshall requested to merge dwmarshall/workstation:stderr-redirection into master

If one's old scripts have 'eval "$(chef shell-init bash)"', then a rude surprise is awaiting! Just as server already does in its cinc-wrapper, the message about redirection should go to stderr.
