FreeBSD cinc-client support

There was once support for FreeBSD.

We were using cinc-client up through FreeBSD 12.3 and these images recently got corrupt and needed to redeploy them. Upon pushing our Chef recipes out to the new builds did received an error message.

Omnitruck artifact does not exist for version 18.4.2 on platform freebsd

Either this means:

• We do not support freebsd
• We do not have an artifact for 18.4.2

Thinking that maybe EOL versions are no longer supported, I’ve tried to install on versions 13.2 and 14.0 to no avail.

Our Intel network driver builds and support for FreeBSD depend on having automated solutions for our build systems to keep a sterile environment. I exchanged emails with Lance Albertson lance@osuosl.org and he suggested I create a ticket in the hopes that cinc-client for FreeBSD can be built. Intel will be supporting FreeBSD future versions with all of Intel Network related products.
