Disallow jumping back in time per default

Ok, so a couple of servers had drifted because of a dns issue, so I read up on chrony config, to ensure they didn't do any jumps back in time.

I managed to make it work on one server. On the other however, I had to install chrony for the first time.

And lo and behold, after apt install chrony, the server had jumped back 30 minutes.

Apparently because:

  1. Ubuntu enables the daemon immediately
  2. default config doesn't prohibit jumping back in time

Would it make sense for Chrony to tackle the second point per default, to avoid this scenario?
