Terminal window resize confuses FancyFlickrDownloaderThread

even though we now query the momentary position before moving STATUS_LINES up, resizing the terminal does lead to consecutive output, maybe due to scrolling? Also re: https://blessed.readthedocs.io/en/latest/measuring.html#resizing
