[paper cut] Camera Mode checkbox in the Chordata Main Node
This might be something to add post official release of the production version of the suit, but I think it would be really cool to have a choice of two modes in the Chordata Main Node. There is of course the Armature, but I'd also like to see a Camera Mode, that would allow the user to control Blender's camera in 3D space using a single K-Ceptor.
Potential applications:
-
Attaching the K-Ceptor to a battery powered monitor which is receiving a streamed video signal of the Blender camera view moving around in an EEVEE rendered environment. Basically an Avatar-style virtual camera.
-
Attaching the K-Ceptor to a digital camera shooting a subject on a green cyc wall. When compositing the subject and the 3D environment/objects there would be no need to use/clean up tracking markers as both the real and virtual camera movements would match. However, this might require some additional controls to offset the position of the K-Ceptor in Blender in order to more accurately reflect the camera's rotation and height.
