Allow runtime rendered config in the unicorn chart
Currently we are relying on .yml files to configure unicorn, but .yml will not allow us to access any secrets exposed to the container at runtime in kubernetes.
Right now this is blocking me from providing unicorn with the redis password in our helm charts.
To fix this the container should render out it's .yml config at container startup.
My plan is to add a startup script that does does an .erb parse before starting the processes.
