Azure External Object storage docs update

Based on the research conducted on External Objected Storage using Azure blob storage and documented at #1072, and subsequent support calls with customer, PowerSchool to the point where we have a fully functional setup, I discussed with @WarheadsSE about updating the docs with the information gathered and this is it.
