Override gitlab-runner templates to match secret names

Requires https://gitlab.com/charts/gitlab-runner/merge_requests/28 to work correctly (i.e. 0.1.21 isn't released yet)

Removes the option to specify the key names in the runner secret since the runner chart doesn't support that.
