Docs: Recommendation for production instances to use external postgres and object storage

We seem to have lost the recommendation that production instances use external Postgres and object storage. This used to be fairly prominent on our docs, but if it is still there, is now more hidden.

We should make sure these recommendations are pretty highly visible.

@WarheadsSE yea, a dedicated note which includes all 3 together would be nice, I think. What do you think about including a brief note in https://docs.gitlab.com/charts/installation/deployment.html#deploy-using-helm?

Something like Note: We strongly recommend using external Postgres, Redis, and Object Storage for production deployments.

If we need the warning to be more prominent, then we should have it smack dab in the README.md directly.

Adding an other entry at #deploy-using-helm, directly below the existing entry on the same page is repetitious, and I would say superfluous.

We deep link there in some cases, is my main rationale. You may also just skip down there.

For what it's worth, the reason I opened this is I was talking with a customer who deployed using our charts and didn't see these warnings.
