Remove `reuse-values` from the doc index page

Helms --reuse-values is completely broken for upgrades where the version changes, it's only good for making config changes when you are not upgrading the chart.

We've outlined this in our https://gitlab.com/charts/gitlab/blob/master/doc/installation/upgrade.md docs, but the flag has made it onto our docs index page.
