Make liveness and readiness configurable

Aaron Blythe requested to merge aaronblythe/auto-deploy-app:liveness_readiness into master

Make the livenessProbe and readinessProbe configurable while preserving all of the default values.

This will be passive to existing projects in that the default values will remain.

However this will open up the ability to override for those that want different values.
