Multiple messages are sent to Mastodon

Multiple messages are sent to Mastodon. Each message seems to be sent one after the other. I suspect that hanging processess, sending the message to Mastodon but not able to feed the cache file.

The fix would be to write a lock file to check if only one instance of feed2toot runs each time.
