How to wildcard to all users on my instance

Hi Carl,

I did not find out how I can wildcard the bot to boost all toots from local users on my instance with a certain hashtag.

I've tried "users_to_boost" with "*@mydomain.de", "?@mydomain.de" - all are throwing errors. How do I solve this?
