Add a mail icon for footer e-mail link

Right now, the email link in the footer uses what looks like a Telegram icon. We should replace it with a standard envelope icon. And then we should use the Telegram icon for the "chat link" (which defaults to matrix, except for RU and FA locales for which we have a telegram channel).
