Unable to open websites with certificate errors

Recently observed that we are unable to open websites that issues with their SSL certificates, e.g. self-signed certificate, see more examples of possible errors here, https://badssl.com/

Ceno does not currently handle these bad certificate scenarios. Typically, this is handled with a warning screen that allows the user to accept the security risk, we should probably implement something similar.
