Update introduction to reflect higher dimensional support

The introduction misled me into initially believing that the library only supports 1D domains: https://gitlab.com/celliern/scikit-fdiff/#rational

But the release notes for version 0.6 highlight the new support for 2D, 3D, etc. systems. I would recommend removing the implication that only 1D systems are supported from the 'Rational' section.
