Implement chips like in !656 (merged) both on the single artifact page and on the expanded search cards

• If an artifact is not public, Display 'non-public'
• If an inscription is non -public, display 'non-public ATF'
• Everywhere a asset can appear (single view for artifact and for asset, search results, etc) display 'private asset' clearly by the image
