Accordions styling and accessibility fix

Description

Due to restyling of new accordions the search accordions currently look like this :-

• Also the accordions of resources page don't have focus rings

Currently I have fixed it to look like this -

• Will fix the focus rings issue, remove new accordion because old accordions have been modified to behave as new ones
