Delete modals

Description Currently, on deleting an entity, the default Alert modal of the browser pops up, with #Id number of deleting entity.

Expected behavior Instead of #id, the name of that entity should be there and a layout should be covering the background so the whole Attention remains deletion task to prevent unwanted data loss.

Conditions: @epageperron @jacobldahl there might be role-based permission to delete an entity, that needs to be discussed.
