Modify Journal's index (CDLJ,CDLB) for connecting to OJS

Description In order to integrate OJS, a flow will be decided how different user role will reach to OJS dashboard and index pages will be modified accordingly

Problems solved

• Smooth flow of user from framework to OJS
• Journal's Index page UI
• Oauth for easy platform switch

Alternatives An index page can be made on OJS too, but since we already have them index, most probably we won't be using it.
