Bump Accessibility to WCAG-AA

CDLI has been spending a lot of energy on developing its new Framework to share its data and tools to the public. One thing we are concerned about is the overall accessibility of the information we share. The concern is to make sure we can cater do differently-abled users: be it in terms of vision, the steadiness of hand, cognition, etc.
