Validation error not displayed for authors data management pages

Description

For the add and edit pages for authors data, if both first name and last name are left empty, while the 'author cannot be saved' error is mentioned, the details about the error mentioning that one of the first name and last name fields needs to be present isn't mentioned. Also, the save format for an Asian Name order has to be changed to remove the ',' from the full name.

Reproduction

Visit /admin/authors/add page and submit the input form by keeping both first and last name fields empty.

Expected behavior

The error should be mentioned below the first and last name fields stating that both the fields can't be left empty.
