Redirecting old urls to new urls

To prepare before going in prod :

When Phoenix is in prod, catch all 404 calls and redirect: Use google analytics to find the most frequent hits to urls that are not in use and redirect to the appropriate resource do this every month for a couple of months then use nginx logs to catch the rest
