Add feed or link to new submissions to cdli & ginger up the update events page

• - Showcase the new changes to cdli by a link or teaser on the main page
• - Revamp the update events pages a bit ( not link on the date but on a view link, also adding a column for credits to, re-ordering the columns, etc.)
• Add the "new" badge for new entries in the update-events indexes
