Implement seals single view

Tasks

• Implementation of a PHP library for graphical representation of chemical information of seals.
• A feature to view only top n elements (based on weight)
• A switch to convert the graph into a table view.
• Graphical visualisation of element weight in that seal in the form of pie chart, line chart, and bar graph
• redo the chemistry table & model files
• indicate to the user that there are annotations they can see ( could be in the button "view full image")
• open up the tab for chemical information
• link to download chemical data in the download dropdown
• prepare output of csv data to add to download
• create edit page for seals chemical data
• add by upload file
• offer the calibration file for download
• upload of calibration data
• add choosing calibration file in the upload form for chemistry
