Resource Dropdown in Navbar

Description A dropdown is to be implemented for the Resource option in Navbar on hover. Further design details can be found at Resource Page heading at Figma

Problems solved It will help users to find exactly what they are looking for because the Resources page has a vast amount of features under 4 main categories.

Alternatives For now, there is no dropdown, and the user is led directly to the Resource page, where they have to scroll through each option.
