Update artifact description sentence, summary display

The description sentence and summary table in the artifact single view (and other places where those elements are used) should reflect multiple values of genres/collections/materials etc. instead of silently omitting them. In addition, it might be useful to reflect properties like is_fake and has_fragments more prominently.
