Hide / show filter bar

When hiding the filter bar in the search settings, we can't use the show / hide filter bar option when looking at the results. Those should be connected so the search settings can be overridden by the toggle button .

Filters should also be hidden by default when moving to the compact results page, and set as hidden by default on the settings page too ( for compact view only)
