Consolidate styling

When STA was added, it was created outside of the project so styling is now inconsistent across the tutorials. At some point it would be nice to consolidate it.

Main differences:

• SPA and model building are using md, STA is using rst
• original tutorial added param blocks styling that only work for md - would be nice to swap STA parameter screenshots for formatted parameter tables as this allows for adding notes to parameters
• STA introduced green and purple markdown that only works in rst, would be nice to add it to SPA
• NOTE style in STA is blue and inconsistent with the rest of the tutorial using green
