Stuck at module 3 MVP

Dear Dr. Coclet,

I hope you are doing well. I am Shankha Nath, a PhD Student from National Institute of Biomedical Genomics, INDIA.

I have recently came across your paper and found it really interesting.

I have successfully installed MVP and then ran the code. Everything has ran successfully. But while executing Module 03 at "Step 6A:Generating FASTA file containing protein sequences from filtered (relaxed mode) viruses" it seems it is processing very slow. Right now the code is running for 4 days. Every file has been generated but the file called "MVP_06_All_Sample_Filtered_Relaxed_Virus_Provirus_Protein_Sequences.faa" in the "06_FUNCTIONAL_ANNOTATION" is gaining its file size very slowly (Currently at 327mb). Is the step supposed to run this slow? Note: I have in total 116 shotgun samples which I am processing now.
