Changes to Hatstall

There is a problem deploying Hatstall:

• Cookies are shared with Cauldron. Hatstall needs to use the same database as Cauldron. That way we only need to keep one authentication system.

• Create a pip package for Hatstall

• For the authentication, changes to hatstall are not needed, maybe with this approach should work: https://www.djangosnippets.org/snippets/966/
