Update overview project page
Modify the overview page in the project page:
- Take inspiration in the CHAOSS report, having a long description close to the graphic.
- For each metric a button with a hover pop-up, with a link to the documentation page. Maybe https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/components/popovers/ or https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/components/tooltips/.
- Create an option to hide/show the messages that are with the graphs. These messages could be retrieved from the documentation at https://gitlab.com/cauldronio/cauldron.
- Remove the "over time" in every chart that uses it. Also change the bar charts to line charts.
