Create new backend: GNOME from GitLab Enterprise

Create a new Backend for GNOME GitLab Enteprise. We need to:

  • Create a GitLab Instance for GNOME
  • Change a bit the models in cauldron_common_apps.cauldron.pooolsched_gitlab
  • Create an option in the UI
