Add discussion point in the todo to look over the details for how the response from the identity manager should be sent.

Add whitespace and linebreaks to the regular expressions to make them clearer, and add a note explaining that the whitespace and linebreaks should be removed before use.

Remove example from the metadata description, as multiple examples already exist in the the examples section.

Remove progressive example. (Downloaded it first, will use it for a guide/tutorial on a website later)
