USask: data model changes

Since we setup the 3M pipeline before we started using stable temporary URIs, it's easier to make these changes directly to the 3M output. This is the most updated data: https://gitlab.com/calincs/conversion/metadata-conversion/-/blob/master/Datasets/usaskart.ttl

Documentation for this dataset needs to be updated to indicate that we did this instead of re-using the 3M workflow. So if new USask data is added later, the conversion pipeline should be revisited for accuracy.

Changes needed:

• Change P102_has_title > E35_Title to P1_is_identified_by > E33_E41_Linguistic_Appellation
• Change P46_is_composed_of to P45_consists_of, and subsequent range from E19_Physical_Object to E57_Material
• Change E22 labels to be “University of Saskatchewan Art Gallery object <id> - <title>” (currently just <title>)
