Upgrade Docusaurus to 3.4

have to update this dependency too: https://github.com/typesense/docusaurus-theme-search-typesense/releases/tag/v0.20.0

That will stop the error from coming up for 3.4 but we'll have to wait for this dependency to be updated to move to 3.5.
