ScreenRecv support is slower than its counterpart in Screen Receiver

When using Screen Receiver by CASIO vs. p7screen for the same ScreenRecv (F2) mode on Windows, it takes several seconds to get a single frame for p7screen, while it takes a fraction of this in Screen Receiver.

I'm not sure what the cheat code is to achieve the same speed; this should be investigated.
