Using Protocol 7.00 over serial has a timeout too long

Currently, for example, running p7 get MYFILE.G1M --com /dev/ttyUSB0 on serial waits indefinitely after sending the start packet. It should have a timeout that depends on the kind of data to receive, e.g. 10 seconds for the initial acknowledgement or check packet.
