Style login modal in a colorscheme-adaptive way

The rest of Cactus Comments will inherit the background and text colors from the surrounding page nicely.

But I can't get the background color of the login modal to inherit from the surrounding context.

Leaving it as hardcoded black-on-white for now. Maybe this will be fixed when I'm better at CSS one day..
