Basculin's recoil value is not being counted correctly
Summary
Basculin's recoil count is not being counted correctly. Its often giving the wrong value.
Steps to reproduce
"/pokegive basculin level=50 fish_stripes=white" and "/pokespawn chansey level=20"
Basculin should come with wave crash. It 1 shots the chansey and does about 43ish in recoil damage. Dont forget to heal and it should take about 7 wave crashes to evolve into the gender's corresponding Basculegion form. It usually takes more.
Aim crosshairs at basculing and use "/data get entity (whatever long code shows up in autofill is basculin" and look for the recoil nbt data
What is the current bug behavior?
It doesn't always give an average of 43 recoil points. Sometimes it gives 2 or 10.
What is the expected correct behavior?
You should get an average of 43 points per wave crash in this scenario.
