EMI interop for brewing recipes on Fabric

Summary

With the EMI recipe viewer on Fabric, Cobblemon's brewing stand recipes don't appear. This is likely a consequence of Fabric not having a proper API for brewing recipes, resulting in both Cobblemon and EMI having to use mixins instead. However, this doesn't seem to be an issue for at least some other mods (I noticed Mutagen on the Modfest 1.20 server was fine), so this might be considered a bug instead of a feature request.

The current behavior (or lack of) is unexpected to users.
