[1.7] Poke snack bugs

Summary

Snacks do not show berries for other players on the snacks you make until the player unloads/reloads them.

Snacks have horrendous spawn time.

Steps to reproduce

make a yummy snack, show your friends your boring snack, and watch the spawns never spawn.

What is the current bug behavior?

Other players cannot see the berries on the snacks you create until you leave/rejoin or run far away and unload/reload them.

Snacks are really slow to spawn pokemon.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Other players should be able to see the berries on your snacks.

Spawns should be much more frequent.
