[1.7] Mochi EV Yield Tooltip is wrong

Summary

The tooltips for all mochi items (except the Fresh Start Mochi) do not reflect the mochi rebalance.

Steps to reproduce

Acquire a mochi by any means--legitimate or not--and hover over it with your mouse

What is the current bug behavior?

The tooltip for all mochi foods mention that they give +10 EVs when they only give +4.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The tooltip should reflect the true EV yield of +4
