When evolving a Mime Jr. with the "region_bias:galar" attribute, it evolves into a regular Mr. Mime.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run /pokegive mimejr region_bias=galar.
2. Evolve said Mime Jr. into a Mr. Mime.

What is the current bug behavior?

The Mr. Mime produced is a Kantonian Mr. Mime.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The Mr. Mime produced is a Galarian Mr. Mime.
