Reloading map where you were riding pokemon result in weird state

Summary

When you log out of the world, when riding a Pokémon, once I got stuck without the ability to get down from him, and all the other times it just kicked me off him and he was not even spawned.

Steps to reproduce

I am not sure how to reproduce the first issue.

I spawned Charizard
I got on him, did some testing, nothing major
logged out
Logged in 5 day after (not sure it matters), also I started the world, from modrith world selection menu (again not sure it matters)
I spawned and I was still on Charizard, but I could break block through him, and could not get down from him
Opened another world to test the key binging (it did work)
Logged back to the Charizard world, I was not sitting on him anymore, and when I sat on him, it behaved normally again

What is the current bug behavior?

Pokemon either in "ghost" form, or missing and needed to be thrown out and ridden again

What is the expected correct behavior?

I would think the Pokémon should be there, mainly if you log out in air and in water. Also it should be in a normal state
