Restoration Tank unable to be fed items via Hopper

Summary

Unable to automate filling Restoration Tank via Hopper or Hopper adjacent blocks/functions.

Steps to reproduce

Without any other mods, you can place a Hopper on top of or connected to any part of the Restoration Tank and it will not pass material into the tank.

What is the current bug behavior?

Simply not working.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Material should be passed through the hopper and into the tank until it is full.

Cobblemon Version and Mod Loader

NeoForge 21.1.172 / Cobblemon 1.6.1

Mods used besides Cobblemon

N/A Tested with ONLY Cobblemon installed, obviously any mod that adds functionality to or adds things with similar functions to Hoppers don't work as well.
