Held item on pokemon gets sometimes duplicated when evolved outside of pokeball.

Steps to reproduce

Give pokemon a held item. Make it evolve outside of pokeball.

What is the current bug behavior?

Held item sometimes drops on ground while remaining on the pokemon. Creating the dupe.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Item only on evolved pokemon.
